This restaurant is always amazing! They have great food and service. Very personable and quick. Had their espresso martinis, fried quail and waffles, and the meatloaf. Everything was delicious. They got us in for a table right away without a
240 never disappoints! Have enjoyed lunches, dinners, Happy Hours & special occasions-all a delight. The owner Michael, and his staff are always attentive, efficient (without overbearing), and know their menu. The chef prepares new creations seasonally - superb. The bartenders - all of them - mix great drinks, and their wine selection is always tempting. It's my "go to" restaurant in Lakewood, and highly recommended.

The food was good, especially the bread! We would eat there just for their bread. We had the Halibut on special and the Ribeye. Nothing much to say about them other than average good food. Plating was great. We don't do pasta really, but if we did, I'm sure it's amazing. Most importantly, and above all, is the service Zach provided to us tonight (7/20) HE WAS AWESOME! He always checked on us, made sure my allergies were addressed, and was so friendly and helpful.
From the ownership to the waitstaff, this place is amazing. Incredible food and a warming sense of community makes this a staple of the Lakewood community. If you’re even thinking of visiting, you have to stop in!
I really enjoyed my recent experience! They have been around since 1989 and it shows (in a good way). Our steak was perfectly done and the pasta was great too. The Calamari appetizer was my favorite - it was perfectly crispy and complimented with some fried green beans. We will be back! So glad to to have found this gem!
Single-course prix fixe selection of a small sirloin steak (6oz?) was delicious and perfectly cooked, as were the mashed potatoes. Very few vegetables. Add a soda. This cost almost $60, before tip. I really wanted to try the great key lime pie I’d experienced 30 years ago, but I had to catch a flight. Overall, food was great and service acceptable, but I don’t think I’ll go back at these prices.
